I hope you all had a great and spooky Halloween, just because it’s over doesn’t mean the spirit has died out yet.

Let me know which piece of art and music you find to be the most disturbing, and if I left out any scarier ones. I mostly wanted to connect the feelings that I got from each theme and picture, so I hope I matched them up well. The story revolves around a Majoras Mask cartridge that is haunted by the ghost (if it is a ghost) of a boy named Ben. Well that’s it, pretty scary stuff huh? And what did everyone think of the Art I choose? I really wanted the pictures to connect with each theme in some way, but not every piece of art is directly related to the music. BEN Drowned, or Haunted Majoras Mask, is a well-known creepypasta (and later, an alternate reality game) created by Alex Hall, also known as 'Jadusable'. The beat sounds like a really slow heart beat, which works perfectly for giving it that sense of dread. When I hear this, I imagine facing something terrifying, either in a dream or real life, and being so scared that you can’t move or even scream, just paralyzed in fear. It’s simple but extremely effective in embodying the feeling of true terror and crippling fear. “Scared” is a perfect title for this music. The other version is even more mess up and disturbing, it sounds like pure insanity and it’s truly unnerving. And it gradually gets even more horrifying with the slow screeching strings and then that single dramatic pound of the drum. The light and almost childlike tune sounds really unsettling and twisted. This just sounds so incredibly creepy and sinister. ( :musical_note: :notes: Music Link :notes: :musical_note: )
